Tofu Macerado

Cinco formas de macerar el tofu: pez, madagascar, norte africano, teriyaki y naranja zasty.

Ingredientes

  • 1 bloque Tofu

Elaboración paso a paso

  1. Compramos el tofu natural.  

  2. Lo abrimos y lo escurrimos, lo colocamos en un paño para quitarle la mayor cantidad de agua posible.

  3. Lo cortamos a cuadritos. 

  4. Le añadimos cualquier tipo de macerado que nos apetezca y lo dejamos en la nevera 3-4 horas para que coja buen sabor, cuanto más tiempo lo dejemos mejor.

Notas

TIPOS DE MACERADOS:

  1. PEZ --> Leche de soja, algas, jugo de limón, ajo molido y pimienta negra molida.
  2. MADAGASCAR --> yogur natural (nosotros usamos alpro sabor coco), salsa de tomate, jugo de limón, perejil seco, curry, pimentón picante y comino.
  3. NORTE AFRICANO --> AOVE, jugo de limón, comino, pimentón dulce, cilantro, perejil y pimentón picante.
  4. TERIYAKI --> salsa de soja, miel, jugo de limón, ajo molido, jengibre y 3-4 especial al gusto.
  5. NARANJA --> zumo de naranja, salsa de tomate, salsa de soja, ajo y jengibre.
