Carne desmechada con Jackfruit

Ingredientes

  • 1 Lata Lata de jackfruit (280gr escurrido)
  • 1 cda pequeña Mostaza en grano.
  • 1 cda pequeña Piimentón dulce.
  • 1 cda pequeña Pimentón picante.
  • 1 cda pequeña Comino molido.
  • 2 cda pequeña Pimienta negra.
  • 1 cda pequeña Ajo molido.
  • 25 gr Salsa barbacoa al gusto nosotros hemos usados 25gr
  • 1/2 litro de agua.
  • 1 hoja de laurel.

Elaboración paso a paso

  1. Abrimos la lata de jackfruit, quitamos el liquito y lo lavamos con agua debajo del grifo.
  2. Desmechamos los trozos con un tenedor.
  3. Ponemos la sartén a fuego fuerte con el jackfruit para que pierda la humedad (unos 5 min).
  4. Añadimos las especias a la sartén y el agua indicada.
  5. Dejamos que se cocine unos 15 min a fuego fuerte y lo vamos moviendo para que no se quede pegado.
  6. Cuando pasen los 15 min retiramos el jackfruit con una espumadera y dejamos que la salsa siga reduciéndose a fuego fuerte unos 10 min más.
  7. Cuando este tiempo pase, añade la “salsa” donde tengas las hebras de jackfruit cocinadas, añadiendo también la salsa barbacoa (al gusto).
  8. Disfrútalo como más te guste, en hamburguesas, tostas, bocadillos…
