Brownie saludable

Una receta diferente para disfrutar de un brownie hecho con cacao desgrasado, chocolate negro y mezcla de frutos secos. Además, sin azúcar.

Tiempo total 50 minutos

Ingredientes

  • 50 ml leche avellana o almendras
  • 20 gr cacao desgrasado
  • 2 unidades huevos
  • 100 gr harina integral
  • 5 gr sal
  • 1 cdta esencia de vainilla
  • 1/2 sobre levadura
  • 100 gr frutos secos triturados
  • 2 unidades plátanos / bananas madurxs
  • 100 gr chocolate negro

Elaboración paso a paso

  1. Unir los ingredientes secos

  2. Unir los ingredientes húmedos (incluyendo plátanos)

  3. Triturar frutos secos

  4. Mezclar ingredientes secos y húmedos con los frutos secos hasta que estén bien integrados

  5. Romper el chocolate negro en trozos

  6. Echar la mitad de la mezcla en un monde y poner trozos de chocolate negro

  7. Añadir el resto de la mezcla y decorar por encima con chocolate negro (pinchando para dentro)

  8. Hornear a 180º durante 25-30m hasta que esté bien hecho
