\u00bfC\u00f3mo est\u00e1is? Esperamos que genial. Nosotros seguimos con nuestro peque\u00f1o reto de hacer cosas diferentes con verduras de temporada: hoy la batata.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n ten\u00e9is un riqu\u00edsimo pur\u00e9 especial de batata en nuestro instagram, \u00a1no os esper\u00e1is su sabor! Realmente os recomendamos que lo prob\u00e9is!<\/p>\n

Por ahora, nosotros hemos querido hacer estas riqu\u00edsimas magdalenas con batata cocida y especias, que ya sab\u00e9is que nos encanta la mezcla de este tub\u00e9rculo y todo tipo de especias que acent\u00faen su sabor como la canela, el an\u00eds, el cardamomo, la nuez moscada y realmente, \u00a1todo lo que te guste!<\/p>\n

C\u00f3mo esperar\u00e9is, estas magdalenas hechas con batata aprovechan su dulzor natural y no hace falta a\u00f1adirle edulcorantes artificiales ni az\u00facares de ning\u00fan tipo.<\/p>\n

\n\u00bfTiene pintaza o no? Pues lo mejor es lo r\u00e1pido que se prepara… (Si ten\u00e9is las batatas cocidas, si no… se tarda un poco m\u00e1s: las batatas tardan en hornearse en torno a 1 hora), pero una vez que las ten\u00e9is, en 10 minutos est\u00e1 hecho. Despu\u00e9s, para la crema de queso he usado un pack de queso Filadelfia y un yogurt ambos sin lactosa y 0,0 (porque en casa no se toma lactosa, pero pod\u00e9is hacerlo con el queso y yogurt que quer\u00e1is) y he a\u00f1adido esencia de vainilla y mucha canela.<\/p>\n

Con esta receta, adem\u00e1s de aprovechar y hacer algo diferente con un tub\u00e9rculo de temporada, \u00a1las tradicionales magdalenas!<\/p>\n
